Job's House is hiring multiple candidates for Residential Counselor who are trained in CPI prevention, EUMR, FBA, PSTP. Job's House is looking for BT levels II, III AND IV staffing. The right persons for this position will have experience working in a fast paced 2:1 or 3:1 setting such as hospital setting, residential care facilities, school settings and more. Job's House will train the right candidates who meet these qualifications.

This is a HIGH INTENSITY LEVEL of care program that includes periods of intensive interventions and involve multi disciplinary support, that requires efficiently skilled individuals who know how to analyze problematic behaviors, skilled in de-escalation, documentation and professional communications.

• 2+ year of experience with working individual with severe and persistent mental Illness and chronic medical conditions (preferred)
• Strong communication and documentation skills (requirement)
• Ability to interpret behavioral trends
• Experience with person-centered thinking and planning (preferred)
• Judgment and decision-making skills to handle crisis situations and day-to-day events.

• 1+ years experience with Autism
• Ability to work in a group setting of 2:1 staff to client ratio or more
• Ability to maintain a level of professionalism with clients and their support teams
• Bachelors degree In Behavioral/Social Science or equivalent 2 year degree/2 years behavioral health experience
• 4 years behavioral health experience 2 years Positive Support training
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience with ASD and ABA Therapy (recommended)
