Radiologic Technologist - $9k Sign-on Bonus
Madison Healthcare Services is looking for a Radiologic Technologist to provide quality patient care in the medical imaging department. The role offers a $9,000 sign‑on bonus.
Location: Hospital
Schedule: 60 hours per pay period with on‑call rotation including weekends and holidays.
Position SummaryThe Radiologic Technologist will perform diagnostic radiology procedures, produce high‑quality images, maintain safe radiation practices, and provide leadership and patient support.

$29.39/hr – $43.50/hr
Duties / Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic radiology procedures including general X‑ray, CT, bone densitometry, C‑arm, and portable imaging while maintaining safety for self, patients, and colleagues (ALARA).
- Produce quality images in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare and transmit images to the radiologist for over‑read; report over‑read results to providers.
- Create and burn CDs in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist patients with walking, transfer, exam prep, etc.
- Perform IV starts and contrast administration as required.
- Use logical reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and to solve problems.
- Complete patient referrals daily.
- Provide concise and complete EMR and paper documentation for all assessments and procedures.
- Comply with all policies and procedures of Madison Healthcare Services.
- Maintain HIPAA at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- Licensed and accredited by ARRT or eligible.
- Knowledge of PACS administration.
- Ability to accurately perform required diagnostic imaging exams as ordered.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes, radiation safety measures, and common safety hazards.
- Knowledge of applicable radiology state rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA and HIPAA requirements.
- Strong commitment to providing superior, compassionate care to patients.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
