The City of Watertown is recruiting for a service oriented, efficient, dependable, and knowledgeable individual to fill the position of Public Services Superintendent in the Public Works Department of the City.
This position will provide a high level of direct supervision of full and part-time staff, work planning, skilled labor, responsive customer service, and internal and external communication. This position is responsible for identifying and directing the day-to-day work and operations of all areas encompassing streets, parks, trails, facilities, and equipment maintenance of the City.
Typical work schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. four days per week, with some evening, weekend, and emergency response hours required. Anticipated hiring range is $88,211 to $94,994.
