Pay range: $47,402.09 USD to $71,103.13 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
DescriptionThe Loan Portfolio Officer is responsible for underwriting, credit monitoring, and managing the Bank’s various loan portfolios to achieve efficiency and quality of the process and related lending products and services. This position will work with Credit Administration and the SVP/Loan Officer IV on loan analysis, loan structure and terms, collateral management, credit administration, title work, leading loan requests through the credit approval process, and assisting with overall portfolio management.
The Loan Portfolio Officer will be responsible for ongoing portfolio maintenance activities, manage a portfolio of complex credits, and perform the functions of the position with oversight from the SVP/Loan Officer IV.
The level of this position is based on years of service, education, equivalent experience, knowledge level and skill set.

- Required: High School diploma or GED.
- Required: Four‑year bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Required: 0 to 5 years of progressive commercial and agricultural lending experience.
- Required: Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge and proficiency.
- Preferred: 0 to 5 years of customer service experience.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, familiarity with loan documentation and boarding software.
