  • Schedule: Part-Time, 1st Shift | Monday-Friday (typically 7:30 AM-2:00 PM or 10:00 AM-4:30 PM)
  • Pay Rate: $22/hour

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Provide exceptional service to clients, protecting what matters most and aligning solutions with their goals
  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients, coworkers, and the community
  • Deepen knowledge of banking products and services, maintaining compliance, security, and risk standards
  • Engage in detailed client discussions regarding account activity, financial decisions, and business matters
  • Maintain strict confidentiality for all customer accounts

Operational Duties

  • Process a wide range of personal and commercial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance
  • Issue cashier's checks, money orders, gift cards, and debit cards
  • Manage dormant/inactive account transactions according to bank policy
  • Handle and balance the cash drawer with accuracy and security
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including security system access and night deposit processing
  • Follow document retention, filing procedures, and branch security protocols
  • Print daily reports and maintain compliance documentation

Compliance & Training

  • Maintain understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements
  • Participate in sales and referral initiatives
  • Assist with training new hires on deposit products and branch procedures
  • Monitor competitors' rates, pricing, and product updates

What You'll Need

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience; prior financial institution experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, attention to detail, and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software platforms
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 lbs, and occasionally stand or move as needed
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking processes
