Strategic Finance Lead

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity at the heart of a fast-scaling fintech organization operating in the digital asset and payments space. The role focuses on building and optimizing the financial architecture that supports brokerage and lending products across global markets. You will shape capital allocation strategies, design robust financial models, and ensure disciplined risk management as the business scales. Working closely with executive leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex financial dynamics into clear strategic direction.

This is a build-from-zero position ideal for someone who combines analytical rigor with strategic vision and thrives in lean, high-ownership environments.

• Own and evolve the company’s financial architecture, including long-range planning, multi-scenario forecasting, and enterprise-level decision support.
• Drive financial strategy across brokerage and lending operations, embedding clear return thresholds and risk management frameworks.
• Lead lending economics and pricing strategy, including loan book profitability analysis, structured pricing models, and stress testing.
• Define and standardize key financial and operating metrics, building scalable modeling infrastructure to support growth.
• Partner cross-functionally with Treasury, Accounting, Data, Product, and Partnerships to ensure capital discipline is embedded across initiatives.
• Support board reporting and investor engagement by translating complex financial insights into clear, data-driven narratives.
• Guide capital efficiency initiatives and ensure sustainable scaling with strong financial foundations.

• 7–12 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private credit, capital markets, fintech finance, or similarly rigorous environments.
• Proven experience modeling credit, lending, or balance sheet-driven businesses.
• Strong understanding of cost of capital, financial structuring, and capital allocation strategies.
• Advanced financial modeling capabilities, including scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and stress testing.
• Experience working cross-functionally with treasury, accounting, data, and product teams.
• Demonstrated exposure to senior leadership, board reporting, and investor communications.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• High ownership mindset and comfort operating in fast-paced, build-oriented environments.
• Background in fintech, financial services, or crypto is considered a strong advantage.
