Loan Processor – Secondary Market

Full-Time | On-Site

We are a locally owned community bank seeking an experienced Loan Processor with 3+ years in mortgage processing , including secondary market delivery
. This role manages loan files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to investors.

• Process and verify mortgage loan files for completeness and compliance
• Review income, assets, credit, title, and insurance documentation
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, closers, and investors
• Prepare files for secondary market purchase and resolve investor conditions
• Maintain pipeline and meet processing and closing timelines
• Ensure adherence to TRID, ECOA, HMDA, and internal policies

• 3+ years mortgage loan processing experience (required)
• Secondary market / investor delivery experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of agency & investor guidelines (Fannie, Freddie, FHA/VA/USDA)
• Experience with LOS platforms (Byte, Laser Pro, Encompass or similar)
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files
