Mortgage Loan Officer

Our boutique local residential mortgage brokerage is seeking a talented and driven Residential Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team!

As you know, this is a 100% commission based role, where the sky is the limit for income potential.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with borrowers to help them navigate the mortgage process and select the best loan products to fit their needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources to generate new business.
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial and credit data to determine borrower eligibility and appropriate loan options.
• Ensure all loan applications and documentation are complete and accurate, and that loans are closed in a timely and compliant manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to borrowers throughout the entire loan process.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer.
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and loan products, as well as current regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of generating new business and developing referral relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with borrowers and referral sources.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

This position will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with our operations and marketing teams to drive success and growth for the organization as a whole.
