As a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional, you will serve clients with diverse tax needs, building relationships that grow stronger each year. With support from an expert team and advanced tax training, you will help clients make confident, informed decisions about their finances.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and via virtual tools—video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and other entities.
• Generate business growth by increasing client retention and offering additional tax products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support and tax notice services;
  Circular 230 associates may provide audit representation.
• Mentor and support teammates.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort using virtual tools—video, phone, chat.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet all required IRS and state continuing‑education requirements.
• High school diploma or higher (engineering background optional).

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $30.00 per hour. Pay is based on experience, education, and performance. Successful candidates may participate in incentive and short‑term incentive plans.
