Hamel, MN | $32.00-$38.00 | Direct Hire | Onsite This Mechanical Drafter role supports a manufacturing-focused environment where accurate, production-ready documentation is critical to fabrication, machining, and assembly. The position works closely with engineers and shop‑floor teams to translate concepts, redlines, and models into clear, buildable drawings.

• Create and maintain 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
• Produce manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and bill of material references.
• Translate engineer sketches and redlines into production-ready documentation.
• Revise drawings based on engineering changes and shop feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure buildable designs.

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical drafting or design support.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and tolerancing.
• Understanding of machining, fabrication, or manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and revision control.
