Position: ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE PLANNER

Location: Scanlon, MN
Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $ USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE PLANNER in Minnesota.

• You will be responsible for safety, compliance, and operational excellence with Safety, Ops, and Reliability leaders.
• Prioritize inventory, develop task lists/standard procedures, and maximize wrench time via planning/work assignment.
• Supervise maintenance workforce, implement precision maintenance, and boost equipment reliability using CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety initiatives for an accident-free workplace.
• Provide technical guidance, manage daily/long-range planning, and build cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with the Electrical department.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering, AS Technical/Process Control, OR 5+ years electrical maintenance in manufacturing.
