Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: West Duluth

The Jamar Company is a solution-focused specialty services provider with a strong regional presence and national reach. We deliver dependable, industry-leading results through innovation, safety, and field leadership. Our diverse and passionate team thrives on collaboration, values relationships, and is committed to making a positive impact. We're driven by growth, excellence, and the belief that the best ideas come from diverse perspectives.

Before steel goes up, before crews mobilize, before anyone on site knows what's coming-you've already shaped the entire project. As an Industrial Project Manager with our Preconstruction team, you operate in the high stakes space where ideas harden into strategy. You dissect drawings, decode specs, model risk, and engineer cost paths that turn possibility into executable reality. You negotiate the right partners, analyze the hidden traps, challenge assumptions, and forge the plan that determines how smoothly everything unfolds in the field.

You're the unseen strategist behind every successful build—designing clarity from complexity and handing off a roadmap precise enough to trust and flexible enough to win.
