PositionElectrical Supervisor
LocationOnsite – Hamina, Finland
Job DescriptionAs an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our project development and implementation process. You will work closely with the Construction and Project Manager on the coordination and operation of the site to deliver the completion of projects.
Responsibilities- Reporting to Construction and or Project Manager.
- Work with minimum supervision, within a fast‑paced team environment.
- Ensure all site operations comply with company HSQE requirements and standards.
- Daily management, supervision and reporting of direct labour resources, plant, safe execution of works and materials allocations.
- Manage and coordinate sub‑contractors on site.
- Post‑construction survey and compile accurate information to prepare As‑Built records.
- Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and record performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.
- Ensure works are carried out to a high standard while complying with building regulations, National Rules for Electrical Installations, Health and Safety and environmental standards.
- Electrical trade background essential.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role is essential.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office required.
- Experience in Revit would be advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
