** A DAY IN THE LIFE
*** Collaborate with Quality Department to develop and implement site-specific Quality Program
* Act as on-site lead for implementation of the Quality Control Plan for their inspectors and applicable third-party inspectors and testers
* Supervise, train, and schedule Quality Control Inspectors while ensuring proper application of Standard Inspection and Testing Instructions
* Administer the Managing Nonconformance Process at the project level and ensure timely resolution of nonconformance reports
* Perform inspections, tests, and field audits
** WHAT YOU’LL NEED
*** A two-year related degree; or equivalent of education and experience
* Two (2) years of Quality Control process and procedure
* Ability to read and understand engineering plans and specifications
* Basic understanding of mechanical functions of equipment, of AC/DC principles, cable terminations, and inspection/testing equipment
* Familiar with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
