• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to create a nurturing learning environment.

• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Provide a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes growth and learning.

• Master's degree in Special Education from an accredited institution.
• Valid ABS license or SLD/EBD license.
• Experience working with children in a school setting is a plus, especially with special needs.
