Floodwood School is seeking qualified applicants for a part time Superintendent.

Salary & Contract
The salary will be determined commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Leadership Profile
- Current Superintendent License (or eligibility for licensure.)
- Strong background in the following: data based instruction, related curriculum development and academic achievement; teacher evaluation and staff development; human resource management; special education and IEP general processes; and school-wide student management.
- An understanding of, and/or the ability to learn, school district budgeting and financial oversight of all district funds.
- Skills, personality, leadership style and commitment to make a positive impact on students and staff.
