Fall 2025 - 1 evening practice a week from September 2025 to January 2026 with 2-3 performances within the community.

$1000 Stipend Not medical or dental benefit eligible.

• Provide leadership and guidance for all cheer participants.
• Attend and coach practices, weekend competitions, and community events.
• Collaborate with assistant coaches to organize, set-up, and ensure a safe practice or competition.
• Help all participants to develop to their full potential.
• Implement age appropriate program philosophies, goals, policy and procedures.
• Ensure that all participants follow Minnetonka School District guidelines and code of conduct.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Promote sportsmanship and respect for judges, teams, parents, fans, athletes, administrators and fellow competitors.

• Complete concussion training as required by law.
• Prior experience in cheer is required.
• Evidence of successful coaching experience; ability to teach fundamental skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, respectful attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with students, parents, and staff.
• Commitment to program's high standards.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
• AACCA completion is preferred.
