Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our established Primary Care Clinic at CHI St. Joseph’s Health. Duties include diagnosing and treating diseases and medical conditions. Requires completion of medical school, residency, and ability to pass boards, obtain state licensure and DEA.

• Patient care: diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

• American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Valid and unrestricted state medical license or license‑eligible
