Board Certified Family Medicine - REQUIRED, WILL CONSIDER TRULY BE (0-5 YEARS OF RESIDENCY COMPLETION) Active MN License - REQUIRED Active ACLS, DEA, NRP - HIGHLY PREFERRED - MUST BE WILLING TO OBTAIN. Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate must be Board Certified in Family Medicine, and we are open to considering those with 0-5 years of residency completion. An active MN license is required, and preference will be given to candidates with active ACLS, DEA, and NRP certifications or a willingness to obtain them. Residency requirements or fellowship completion is a must, and a clean malpractice/background is highly preferred.

Availability for the specified stint is required, and disclosure of any previous work at CHI/Dignity facilities is necessary. COVID vaccination is also a mandatory requirement. Certifications and Licensing: ACLS BLS DEA NRP PALS Minnesota License Details of Coverage:
This is a clinic-only setting, offering a flexible FTE based on your availability. The daily patient load may range from 10-18, with duties focused on clinic office visits, including med refills and attending to sick patients. Possible suturing procedures may be required, and the EMR system used is All Scripts. You will be supported by a dedicated nurse, and the coverage is needed due to a temporary provider shortage.
