• Full-Scope Family Medicine - Care for patients in clinic, hospital, and the group's affiliated nursing home
• Admissions & Discharges - Provide continuity of care for your own patients across care settings
• 4-Day Work Week - Enjoy a sustainable work-life balance
• Manageable Patient Load - 12-18 patients/day
• Competitive Compensation - $250,000 base salary + productivity incentives
