What You’ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
  • Perform periodontal charting and patient assessments
  • Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
  • Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care
  • Partner with Dr. Carter to support diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Utilize modern dental technology and evidence-based care protocols
  • Create a comfortable and welcoming experience for every patient

  • Active Minnesota Dental Hygienist license

M-TH 7-4

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications
  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification
Compensation

$51-57 per hour plus hygiene comp
