You’ll Do

If you’ve ever been told you’re a “people person” or that you should be in sales, this role could be the perfect fit! As an Appointment Specialist, you’ll use your communication skills to connect with customers and set up free in-home consultations for remodeling projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments.
  • Use a proven script to make conversations simple and successful.
  • Share information about our products and services.
  • Confirm details, input customer info, and keep records up to date.
  • Ensure customers have a positive experience with every interaction.
  • Support problem-solving and help customers feel confident in their decisions.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills.
  • Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
  • Dependable, punctual, and motivated to succeed.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not required.
