As a Customer Service Representative with the Honor DiDonato State Farm Agency, you will generate exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. We grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. This role focuses on resolving customer inquiries, researching billing questions, making policy changes, responding to company underwriting and service emails, filing and following up on claims, and providing unmatched hospitality.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
