Base Pay Range

Mercier Consultancy MD invites Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading ride‑sharing platform, with work based in beautiful Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for customer service and enjoy the dynamic nature of the ride‑sharing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries related to ride‑sharing services, account management, and app functionality via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
  • Provide assistance with account setup, payment processing, and ride bookings.
  • Resolve issues and complaints from riders and drivers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in a CRM system for effective follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about company policies, promotions, and local regulations affecting ride‑sharing services in Greece.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or transportation sectors.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and customer‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient problem‑solving skills and the capability to adapt to various customer needs.
