Senior Creative – We are looking for a Senior Creative to help shape the next generation of Veikkaus’ brand and customer experience. In this role, you will design and deliver multichannel brand and service experiences together with our Brand & Marketing team, working closely with business units, digital services and external partners to build a unified, modern and recognizable brand. You will create visual concepts, develop multichannel design solutions and apply strategic design thinking across the organization.

As a key designer in cross‑functional teams, you will take ideas from early concepting to final execution while strengthening Veikkaus’ design maturity and promoting design thinking company‑wide.

Design and deliver multichannel brand and service experiences together with the Brand & Marketing team. Collaborate with business units, digital services and external partners to build a unified, modern and recognizable brand. Create visual concepts, develop multichannel design solutions and apply strategic design thinking across the organization. Take ideas from early concepting to final execution while strengthening Veikkaus’ design maturity and promoting design thinking company‑wide.

• 8+ years of experience in brand and marketing development, concept design and/or art direction
• Strong visual skills, refined style and ability to create distinctive concepts
• Experience with digital services and brand‑driven product or service development
• Ability to combine brand, service design and customer experience into cohesive solutions
• Readiness to work in agile, multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in facilitating workshops and iterating concepts quickly
• Familiarity with design processes (e.g., Double Diamond, sprints, co‑creation)
• Ability to guide partners and mentor other designers
• Fluency in Finnish and English

• Interest in Brand & Design System work
• Understanding of digital brand implementation across touchpoints
• Experience in motion, 3D or other specialized creative skills
• Ability to leverage AI tools for creative scale and efficiency

The position is located at Veikkaus’ headquarters in Pohjois‑Haaga, Helsinki. We work flexibly in a hybrid model with three on‑site days per week.
