We’re hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on commercial and industrial construction projects. This position plays a key role in coordinating daily activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring project schedules and quality expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Superintendent with day‑to‑day onsite supervision
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and equipment logistics
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety on active job sites
- Help maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to meet deadlines
- 2–4 years of onsite construction experience, preferably in industrial, commercial, or mechanical environments
- Working knowledge of safety procedures, equipment, and field documentation
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools
- A problem‑solver who takes initiative and enjoys hands‑on field work
