Job Title: Project Estimator

Location: Hanley Falls, MN

Compensation: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Type: Direct Hire

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator with construction knowledge who enjoys working through technical details, reviewing building plans, and developing accurate bids. This is a full-time, in-office role supporting an internal sales team by producing precise, timely estimates that help drive project success. The work is steady, detail-heavy, and involves reviewing similar types of projects repeatedly, a great fit for someone who enjoys routine, accuracy, and process.

Interested?

• Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and building drawings
• Determine if drawings or documentation are missing required information
• Engage with engineers, and internal teams to resolve technical or engineering concerns
• Deconstruct client drawings into component parts required for manufacturing
• Calculate product quantities, panel layouts, and total project costs
• Research and apply current pricing levels
• Communicate building and panel technical considerations clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver estimates, bids, and sales documentation
• Coordinate with internal team members to transition projects to the design team
• Maintain organized project files for multiple concurrent estimates
• Manage multiple estimates independently within a time-sensitive environment
• Participate in team communication and project integrity reviews

• 1-3 years of construction, architectural, or structural experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings
• Experience in construction estimating is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and math aptitude
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
