Konik is partnered with a growing commercial construction company that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, estimate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, clients, and senior management.

Construction Project Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience managing commercial or residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
