• Minimum of 2 years experience in heavy civil underground utilities construction
• Preferred college degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Estimating background would be beneficial
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Approximately 30% travel with overnight stays
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
