Job Summary: Assist in providing quality school‑age child care programming for children, creating a safe and inclusive environment that fosters social and emotional growth through learning, play, and relationships. We are a before/after school and summer child care program, providing year‑round work opportunities to our staff.

Location: Afton‑Lakeland Elementary

Work Schedule: 6.5 hours per day, 5 days per week. School‑year hours are a split shift: 6:00‑8:00 AM & 1:30‑6:00 PM. Summer hours are a straight shift (exact shift times vary).

Salary: Hourly rate $19.06 – $20.30 with Benefits

• Flexible schedule, can work one to five days a week

• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or its GED equivalent.
• Must possess or obtain a current first aid and CPR certification (documentation required within 120 days of start date). Opportunities for certification are provided.
• Desired candidate should have background/training in one or more of the following areas: child development, child guidance, human relations, communications, and recreational programming.
