[HCM] Business Development Intern

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners in Vietnam through phone calls and emails under guidance.
• Support market research activities to gather information about client industries and key local market players.

• Help track project timelines, scopes, and client requirements to support smooth project progress.
• Attend project meetings to take notes and assist with documentation and communication.

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating business meetings and partner interactions.
• Support relationship‑building efforts by preparing meeting materials and follow‑up communications.

• Work closely with different teams to support project delivery and meet project goals.
• Monitor and report on project status and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of business development and project coordination concepts.
• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating professionally in Vietnamese.
• Eagerness to learn, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in English (Written and Listening).

• Working with a dynamic environment, professional clients.
• Working time:
  Monday – Friday ; from 8:30AM to 5:30PM.
• Working location: HCM office:
  Sala Urban Center, No. 21‑23, B4 street, An Loi Dong ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city.
