Job Description

The Supply Specialist provides support for managing all phases of the procurement program or plan. They coordinate, plan, and purchase items, services, components, and equipment at the lowest cost and highest quality to support Cambria, while optimizing on-hand inventory levels and keeping system data and metrics up to date.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Keep work area clean and orderly
  • Assist with the procurement of equipment, materials, services and supplies
  • Processes purchase requisitions and purchase orders while validating appropriate approvals are secured
  • Work with suppliers to obtain quotes and bids
  • Coordinates the lifecycle of items including returns
  • Manages the matching process for your PR’s & PO’s
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators
  • Coordinates, creates and distributes department communications
  • Assists with standardization and entry of system data
  • Results focused problem solver
  • Additional duties as assigned by management
  • Coordinate with internal business partners in documenting and resolving supplier and/or supply issues
  • Make purchasing decisions in accordance with company procedures and regulations
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners, fostering collaboration and teamwork
  • Help document processes/training tools, and implement efficiencies
Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel)
  • 1 years of purchasing experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop strong trusting relationships with internal and external partners
  • Preferred experience in Oracle, procurement, Softco, Google Suite or Maximo
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent
  • Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic math and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills using Oracle, Tableau, and complex Excel spreadsheets
  • High initiative, self-directed and motivated
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • High attention to details
  • Strong organization skills
  • Able to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
  • Understanding of full cycle supply chain activities
  • Proficiency in Google, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Physical Requirements
  • Sit/stand for short periods of time during a shift for up to eight hours, with intermittent breaks
  • Work behind a computer for long periods of time during shift for up to nine hours
  • Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift

Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
