- Strong discovery skills with the ability to analyze and reconstruct cross-functional workflows
- Experience selling critical business systems where downtime has significant financial implications
- Ability to influence senior executives by clearly articulating ROI and strategic value
- High energy and competitiveness, capable of managing deals in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Experience with PLM revenue sourcing and influencing sales cycles
- Track record of executive alignment and successful adoption of complex software solutions
- Demonstrated pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting skills
- Impactful collaboration with account owners, partners, and technical teams
