• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive/Command Level Law Enforcement Professional
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
• Familiarity with public safety technologies and software solutions

• Experience in strategic account management
• Background in public safety or emergency response operations
• Familiarity with Command Center Software and Video Security systems
• Ability to present and facilitate discussions effectively
• Knowledge of current trends in public safety technology
