Location: MN-Oak Park Heights, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full‑scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Power
  
  BI semantic models and report visuals
• Support/enhance web apps
• Member of an Agile team

Qualifications:

• Technical BA who is good with data and systems
• Power
  
  BI model creation (required)
• SQL querying (required)
• Proficient in data modeling best practices (star schema, normalization, etc.)
• Experience building and maintaining semantic models using Power BI datasets
• Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query
• Understanding of ETLs and how to read/debug/troubleshoot
• Able to elicit requirements from users
• System/Data gap analysis
• Turn user/system requirements into technical designs to hand over to developers
• Query data to find anomalies/scenarios in datasets by using SQL
• Create test scripts and complete unit and E2E testing
• Experience with Agile/Scrum
• Someone who is a go‑getter and isn’t afraid to ask questions

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000 or the hourly equivalent.
