How will you make an impact? You will lead our e-commerce supply chain across platforms like Tik Tok, Shopee, and Lazada, bringing creativity and strategic thinking to optimize inventory, streamline logistics, and boost performance metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in our digital operations.
What you will do?
- Drive improvement initiatives that transform our supply chain processes while keeping them aligned with our business goals
- Own the entire chain from demand planning to inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring products are always available when customers need them
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, leading meetings that keep everyone in sync
- Track and elevate key performance indicators like Fast FFM Rate, Stock CVD, and inventory accuracy
- Champion exciting projects from system upgrades to process improvements that take our operations to the next level
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar fields
- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG or online retail
- A talent for leadership with amazing communication skills that inspire teams
- Exceptional organization skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in our fast-paced environment
- An analytical mind with keen attention to detail and a passion for digital innovations
- Deep knowledge of inventory systems, e-commerce fulfillment, and logistics optimization
- Experience collaborating with 3PL partners and working across multiple e-commerce platforms
- Strategic thinking with a knack for creative problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Able to communicate in English
