Competitive Pay:

• Maintenance Technicians: Up to $35 per flat-rate hour (based on experience and skill level)

• Main Line Technicians: Up to $48 per flat-rate hour (based on certification and diagnostic ability)

• Performance-based bonuses and certification pay available

Veero Ford & Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is expanding our Stellantis service department and seeking both Maintenance Technicians and Main Line Technicians to join our growing team.

You’ll perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, working in a fully equipped, state-of-the-art facility with the latest factory tools and scan equipment. From oil changes and tire rotations to complex drivability and electrical repairs, every member of our team plays a key role in delivering the highest quality service to our customers.

This position is ideal for technicians who are motivated, dependable, and eager to grow within a dealership that invests heavily in training and career development.

• Perform factory-recommended maintenance and repair procedures on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues accurately and efficiently
• Conduct multipoint inspections and identify needed repairs or maintenance
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and other team members regarding vehicle status and repair timelines
• Test drive vehicles to confirm proper operation and repair quality
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with OSHA and manufacturer standards
• Participate in factory and certification training to stay current on new systems and technologies
• Mentor entry-level technicians when needed

• 1+ year of professional automotive maintenance or repair experience (will train the right candidate)
• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram experience preferred
• ASE certifications preferred but not required
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic aptitude
• Ability to operate manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail
• Dependable and professional work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
