Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair
• Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
• Maintain an organized work area
• Other duties assigned by manager

• Valid Driver’s License
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local/law regulations
