Veero Ford & CDJR of Morris is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service and strong attention to detail. As a Service Advisor, you’ll act as the main point of contact between customers and our service technicians, ensuring all repairs are communicated clearly, accurately, and efficiently.

This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and follow‑up skills to help maintain a smooth and customer‑focused service experience.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive in the service lane

• Listen to customer concerns and document repair requests accurately

• Create and manage repair orders, providing clear cost and time estimates

• Communicate effectively with technicians and update customers throughout the repair process

• Verify that completed work meets dealership and customer quality standards

• Handle warranty documentation and approval submissions

• Follow up with customers post‑service to ensure satisfaction

• Maintain an organized work area and uphold a positive, professional dealership image

• Knowledge of vehicle systems and general automotive repair processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving ability

• Proficiency in computers and dealership management software

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
