What You'll DoIn this role, you will:
Ensure the office is structured, tidy, and visitor-ready every day
Maintain shared spaces, kitchen areas, and equipment to high standards
Coordinate building management, service providers, and infrastructure needs
Manage ordering, restocking, and setup of office supplies and equipment
Organize storage, packages, and assets, closing operational loops proactively
Create a workspace where people enjoy coming to work and feel supported
You’re a good fit for this role if you:
Have experience in office management, facilities, or hospitality; ideally in a growing start-up
Bring strong organizational skills and a hands-on mindset
Communicate confidently in German and / or English
Prefer being active on-site over desk-bound work
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of day-to-day operations
