Our client is a financial firm in MN. This is a 18 week long role, looking for someone to start ASAP.
Responsibilities- Maintain office policies and procedures.
- Answer and route incoming calls while ensuring clear, professional communication.
- Process paperwork with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, maintaining organized calendars and smooth logistics.
- Oversee daily office operations.
- 3+ years of office management/administrative experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Based on experience, the salary range is $70-100k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
