The City of Graceville is seeking a qualified, self‑motivated, and community focused individual to serve as our City Clerk/Treasurer. This full‑time position plays a central role in managing city operations. As the Clerk/Treasurer, you will be responsible for the city’s daily functions, including finance, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, utility billing, payroll, banking, grant‑writing support, and customer service. You will also serve as the clerk to the City Council, provide procedural guidance and ensure compliance with state statutes, administer city ordinances, and prepare agendas, record, and maintain official minutes.
Additionally, you will act as Planning and Zoning administrator, EDA administrator, and assist with municipal elections.
