Marketing Assistant; Part-Time

Role:
Assists and supports the Marketing Department operations

• This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization

• Promotional product management (selection, ordering, inventory, vendor coordination)
• Blaze attire management (selection, ordering, inventory, vendor coordination)
• Blaze brand store management (approve orders, oversee offsite inventory, assist staff with orders as needed)
• Assist with organizing and planning community events, Annual Meeting, all-staff meeting and staff celebrations
• Mascot management (scheduling and maintenance)
• Manage corporate tickets, vouchers, and related software/vendors
• Storeroom and office supply management
• Proofread marketing materials and communications
• Budget tracking
• Coordination of branch marketing materials (Quarterly)
• Plan and implement Youth Advisory Council events
• Care packages and donation packages coordination

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control

• Perform other duties as assigned to support effective department operations

• Minimum High School degree or equivalent
• Minimum2–3 years of relevant experience required; marketing experience preferred

• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Ability to proactively respond to members/staff to problem solve based on guidelines; written communications are based on templates but can be modified.

Ability to sit and stand; answer calls; operate computer; interact with internal staff and public on the phone; travel to designated offices; lift up to 20 lbs.

The salary range for this position is: $22.53-$28.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position.

This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $40 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
