Senior Accounting; AP

How will you make an impact?
You will lead our accounts payable process, ensuring payments are accurate, timely, and well-documented. You’ll collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain smooth operations while supporting financial closing and mentoring your team to achieve performance goals.

What you will do?

• Review and record supplier invoices and employee reimbursements
• Match invoices with POs, delivery notes, and other documents
• Prepare payment vouchers and obtain proper approvals
• Keep AP records updated in the system
• Ensure all payments are accurate and on schedule
• Assist in reconciling vendor statements and managing aging reports
• Coordinate with vendors and teams to resolve issues
• Support month-end closing and audit documentation
• Handle tax filings (P.N.D.3, P.N.D.53, PP.36, etc.)

What you will need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or higher
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of local tax laws and accounting standards
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems
• Willingness to learn, flexibility, and a positive attitude
