This company has built an outstanding reputation over the decades for delivering large-scale civil and utility infrastructure projects. Due to continued growth and a full pipeline of work, they're now looking for a Superintendent to help manager their projects to the highest of standards.

In this role, you will oversee multiple projects, and be responsible for site management, coordinating directly with field crews, clients and vendors, to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You'll manage schedules, address field challenges in real time, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

This role would suit a Superintendent from a heavy civil construction background who is looking to make a real impact on Central Florida's most exciting projects, all while taking the next step in their career.

The Role:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of site development projects
• Lead field crews & contractors
• Monitor permitting, dewatering, traffic control, and compliance
• Ensure safety, quality, budget, and production goals are consistently met

The Person:

• Experience managing complex site development projects
• A background in earthwork, deep utilities, stormwater, or roadway prep
• Ability to read construction site plans, permits, drawings, and schedules
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external teams
