Full-time Dockworker / Class A CDL Driver Trainee

• Loading and unloading trailers for a wide variety of cargo; operating a forklift, pallet jack, or other freight equipment.
• Effectively and efficiently operating mobile technology.
• Completing all required paperwork.
• Actual duties and schedule may vary by terminal location.
• Once driver training is completed, the employee will take on the duties of a City Driver Full‑Time Combined Dock/P.

• At least 21 years old to obtain a Class A CDL.
• Stable work record.
• Clean driving and safety record.
• All Dock Workers must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and post‑offer company physical.
• Required to attend the ABF Freight Driver Development Program and obtain a Class A CDL within 9 months of hire.
• Shift days and hours may include days, nights, and/or weekends. Ability to work required hours at this location is a minimum requirement.

• Wages are Teamster Union Scale, greater than most carriers.

In accordance with the Minnesota Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the pay range is $28.56 – $31.74 hourly.
