Driver Associate – WIS International
Join WIS International as a Driver Associate. This role is part of our inventory team that supports customers in the home improvement segment.

Minneapolis, MN – Part‑time
Compensation- Starting wage: $17.00 – $19.00
- Additional pay possible: up to $5.00 boost over 6 months for achieving productivity based goals
- Referral bonus: $200 for each qualifying referral
- Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory accurately using handheld scanners or tools.
- Follow a structured workflow and meet daily performance goals.
- Move between inventory locations, standing or walking for extended periods.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks such as equipment pick‑ups, shipping, and navigation to assigned locations.
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- Minimum three (3) years of proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer reports, employment screening and MVR checks.
- Familiarity with GPS devices.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights.
- Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a positive team‑oriented attitude.
- Preferred experience:
Retail, stock, customer service, cashiers, sales representatives, driver or warehouse work. No inventory experience is required; training will be provided.
This position requires prolonged standing, walking, repetitive hand and wrist motions, occasional squatting or crouching, ladder use, lifting up to 25 lbs, and frequent travel by car or occasionally by plane with overnight stays.
