Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practices.
• Perform appropriate pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Greet each customer with a smile, offering assistance with luggage.
• Provide pleasant customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals.
• Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service.
• May cross‑train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Comply with all applicable regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management.

Knowledge,

Skills & Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Currently holds and can maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook.
• Possesses applicable licenses or badges required to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process required by airport, federal DOT, and/or state regulations.
• Can read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway signs and signals, and complete required reports.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage.

Pay Rate: $16.37 /hour (plus tips – cash and mobile) with regular bonus opportunities.
