Sr. Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions that directly support business and product goals. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with business owners and product managers to translate requirements into well-architected, high-quality software solutions. You will play a key role in technical design, implementation, and deployment, while also providing guidance and mentorship to other engineers.

• Architect and implement API-driven and service-oriented solutions
• Build and maintain cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Ensure applications meet standards for performance, security, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices in software engineering
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers

Essential Education,

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred, if not equal years of experience, trainings and certifications
• Strong expertise in C# and .NET (Core/.NET 6+)
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs (and/or Graph
  
  QL)
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL, etc.)
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (microservices, layered architecture, event‑driven systems)
• Experience with relational and/or No
  
  SQL databases
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, or similar tooling
• Experience with automated testing frameworks
• Background in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Exposure to security best practices and compliance standards
• The base pay range for this role is between $70,000 and $150,000 and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location, along with budgeted range of position.
