Job Function: Engineering and Information Technology

• Design, develop, and debug software for G3 RMS, Elevate RMS, and other products.
• Develop high-quality, testable, scalable software solutions within timelines, adhering to R&D best practices.
• Forecast product enhancements using time‑series forecasting.
• Create efficiencies in critical Analytics infrastructure and processes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with stakeholders to satisfy functional requirements and R&D standards.
• Ensure quality through functional, unit, and performance testing; review test plans and communicate updates.
• Maintain the full code lifecycle, support internal and external consumers, author design and technical documentation, and resolve performance/unavailability issues.
• Research and develop ML‑based forecasting and profit maximization algorithms.
• Design, architect, and develop analytics platforms for existing products and new business verticals.
• Oversee transition of products to Amazon AWS Cloud, optimizing performance and costs.
• Train, mentor, and onboard new team members and offshore teams in data engineering and analytics support.
• May work remotely under the company’s flexible work program.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related quantitative field.
• At least five (5) years of experience as an Operations Analyst or related occupation, and/or five (5) years of software development experience.
• Proficient experience with software development and programming.
• Advanced experience with Java and Python.
• Strong analytics domain understanding.
• Solid programming skills in SAS.
• Ability to work remotely under the company’s flexible work program.
